from Asia to Caribbean/Panama/Puerto Rico/Central America with below amounts:

1) from Asia to Caribbean & Outports (except Cartagena, Colombia & San Juan, Puerto Rico)

GRR Amount : Usd 525 / 750 / 750 per 20' / 40' / 40'HC (effective from July-15th-2010)

2) from Asia to Panama

GRR Amount : Usd 525 / 750 / 750 per 20' / 40' / 40'HC (effective from July-15th-2010)

3) from Asia to Cartagena, Colombia

GRR Amount : Usd 525 / 750 / 750 per 20' / 40' / 40'HC (effective from Aug-01st-2010)

4) from Asia to San Juan, Puerto Rico

GRR Amount : Usd 525 / 750 / 750 per 20' / 40' / 40'HC (base on cargo gate-in date from Aug-01st-2010)

5) from Asia to Central America (incl. Guatemala/Costa Rica/Honduras/Nicaragua/El Salvador)

GRR Amount : Usd 500 / 1000 / 1000 per 20' / 40' / 40'HC (effective from Aug-01st-2010)
