CSAV:出口到欧盟国家地区的单证要求

发货人/收货人必须信息完整（公司名称/联系地址/电话/联系人都要显示）

§           Full name address of shipper and consignee

如果收货人是TO ORDER的话，必须显示通知人的详细联系方式（名称/地址/联系人电话）

§           Full name and address of notify party where goods are carried under a negotiable “to order” B/L

箱号

§           Container number

详细品名，笼统品名（类似“consolidated cargo” or “general cargo”等）不能接受

§           Acceptable goods description. General descriptions such as “consolidated cargo” or “general cargo” will not be accepted.

提供每样品名的HS CODE （查询链接

http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds2/taric/taric_consultation.jsp?Lang=en&Screen=1&redirectionDate=20100914 ）且不同的HS CODE的品名项下罗列相应的件/毛/体。

危险品必须提供CLASS /UN NBR和危险品舱单(MDGF)

§           4 digit HS code for each goods item.

§           Number and type of packages

§           Cargo gross weight

§           UN dangerous goods code where applicable

封号

§           Seal number

付费方式，如果是起运港预付，必须写明是以何种方式解算。

§           Method of payment for transport charges in case of prepaid, for example “cash payment”, “check payment”, “electronic credit transfer”, etc.
